Fluid that emanates from the vagina, which varies in colour and consistency throughout the menstrual cycle. At the beginning of the cycle it is usually scarce, dry and sticky. During the first phase of the cycle it becomes white and creamy. Around the ovulation period it becomes transparent, moist and elastic, much like egg white. Shortly after ovulation it becomes scarcer, drier, and stickier again.
