Swollen and reddened anus

When touching it, there is a bump, lump or swelling on the skin of the anal area, which may appear redder than the rest of the area, have an increased temperature and generally be painful. This colour is easier to see on light to medium skin tones and can be difficult to judge on darker skin tones.
