Very low urgency
--
Unpleasant sensation or intense discomfort localised in the shoulder (joint that joins the arm to the rest of the body) when elevating the upper limb (the whole arm) at an angle greater than 70º. In other words, pain appears when having the arm in a horizontal position or further upwards. For example, the pain prevents movements such as picking up an object from an elevated shelf.
