Rough, scaly patch on the skin and/or lips

A rounded, raised skin lesion that can be palpated and feels rough to the touch, as if it was very dry. It may have more pronounced edges with an ulcer in the central part that does not heal easily. It may size from millimetres to several centimetres. It may be located all over the body, especially on the face, lip borders, bald head and ears.
