Eruption in wrists and ankles towards palms of hands and soles of feet

Skin disorder presenting with changes in color (pink, reddish or blotchy), feeling of irritation, itching or pain, dryness, pimples and/or blisters. This rash starts on the wrists and/or ankles and progresses to the palms of the hands and/or soles of the feet.
