Dehydration signs

Low urgency

-Moderately severe

Presence of one or a combination of the following symptoms:

Dry mouth with no saliva, tongue and lips are fissured or cracked with difficulty swallowing.
    Rough skin, coarse to the touch, with the loss of it's normal elasticity.
    Dry eyes, lack of tears.
    Decreased urine output or absence of urine.

Associated diseases

Hyperglycaemic hyperosmolar non-ketotic state

Cholera - Aqueous or choleriform diarrhoea

Dehydration

Hypovolemic hyponatremia due to extrarenal loss

Hypovolemic hypernatraemia due to renal loss
