Swollen and reddened anus

Very low urgency
--
If touched, a small lump, abcess or protuberance is found in the anal region, which may appear redder than the rest of the area and can have an increased temperature as well as be generally painful. This color can be more easily appreciated in fair-medium toned complexions and, on the contrary, can be difficult to assess in darker skin tones.
