Opisthotonus

Appearance of extreme generalized stiffness due to muscle contraction in the posterior part of the body so that the back is arching with the head turned back. That is if we put them laying down or horizontally, the head and the feet would touch the ground or surface in a position resembling a bridge. It is usually a state that brings a lot of pain.
