Blister(s) in cluster formation with red ring in lip area and/or around the mouth

Appearance of small, red, raised lesions resembling "pimples", containing a clear fluid, which join together to form a cluster (like a bunch of grapes). It may also occur as a single lesion. They are usually located on the lip or on the side of the lip and may cause a burning sensation and discomfort.
